In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to exchange or refund items returned within 11 days of delivery.
Any returns received outside of the returns window will not be refunded or issued with a credit.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. For the sake of hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns of any made-to-order, bespoke or custom engraved pieces are not accepted.
Please email before you return your item. Returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take me a little longer.
The cost of returns are currently not covered and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service. When sending your return, please include the text “return to shipment origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs.
